The report includes a sketch of your block of land showing all buildings and fences.This survey is recommended when you are purchasing property, as it also reports as to whether deed dimensions are available or not.

Placing survey marks for the construction of houses, extensions, garages, factories and other structures. This ensures that your building is constructed to the architect's specifications and with correct set back distances from boundaries.

General Boundary Determination and Marking

Railway Design and Survey
